TYSM !!^^. While deleting the settings file didn't help- deleting EVERY file that was in association to PNG TUBER PLUS (logs, shader_cache) then doing a full redownload did-!! It's my bad for not thinking of doing such previously :7.. But THANK YOU :33

Whenever I run the exe file the window pops up then within seconds it closes itself. IT NEVER GETS PAST THAT
SLIGHTLY UNIMPORTANT INFO: Now, for extra context I HAVE infact used this program with no issue previously( ver 1.4.2) . It was running smoothly for a while but unknown to me I assume i had accidentally messed with the files of the program or something of the sort. Because one day it started immediately crashing upon start up. at that time I had reinstlled the program with no avail, as well as trying the steam version but I got the same results. For a while I just gave up since at the time I had just been making a png tuber for fun and wouldn't've had no use for it but now I am actually in need of the program.
I have downloaded previous versions, I've deleted and reinstalled, I've restarted my pc , and done other trouble shooting but I haven't found a fix to my issue. Other itch.io games and programs run just fine. I've seen other cases of this issue and none of them have had reported resolutions. So, anyone know any way I can fix this ??
